Privacy Policy

The Bestoa Fund collects only the information needed to process donations, record sponsor recognition, respond to in-kind inquiries, and maintain campaign records.

Information We Collect

Donation forms may collect name, company name, contact name, email, optional phone number, recognition name, and anonymous recognition preference. Stripe collects payment, billing, and address details through hosted Checkout. In-kind inquiries may collect name, email, optional phone, optional organization, donation type, estimated value, and message.

How Information Is Used

Donation information is used to create Stripe Checkout sessions, verify completed payments through Stripe webhooks, publish donor and sponsor recognition when allowed, and prepare internal thank-you card exports. Operational form notices are routed only to the Bestoa operations team.

Public Recognition

Recognition is public by default after verified payment unless the donor selects "List as Anonymous." Public recognition includes recognition name or company name and tier name only.

Services

The site uses Stripe for payment processing, Supabase Postgres for verified donation records, Vercel for hosting and basic analytics, and optional email routing for internal operations.
