The Bestoa Fund collects only the information needed to process donations, respond to in-kind inquiries, and maintain campaign records.

Information We Collect

Donation forms may collect name, company name, contact name, email, optional phone number, recognition name, and anonymous recognition preference. Stripe collects payment, billing, and address details through hosted Checkout. In-kind inquiries may collect name, email, optional phone, optional organization, donation type, estimated value, and message.

How Information Is Used

Donation information is used to create Stripe Checkout sessions, verify completed payments through Stripe webhooks, calculate aggregate campaign progress, and prepare internal thank-you card exports. Operational form notices are routed only to the Bestoa operations team.

Public Campaign Display

Public pages show aggregate campaign progress only. Donor names, company names, donor counts, and sponsor logos are not published.
